This Privacy Policy explains how 14580214 Canada Inc., operating as Acclus(“Acclus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Acclus website and services (the “Service”).

- Account information: name, business name, email address, and login credentials you provide when you create an account.
- Client data you provide: information about your own customers that you import or sync into Acclus (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and visit history) so we can provide retention features on your behalf.
- Usage information: technical and usage data (such as device, browser, and log data) generated when you use the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to detect at-risk clients and generate retention messages on your behalf; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / text messaging
Where you use Acclus to send text messages to your clients:
- Consent. Messages are sent only to recipients who have an existing relationship with the business using Acclus and from whom that business has obtained consent to be contacted. Acclus does not purchase or collect phone numbers from third parties.
- Message frequency.Message frequency varies depending on each business’s activity and settings.
- Rates.Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP(and related terms such as “unsubscribe,” “cancel,” “end,” or “quit”). Replying HELP returns help information.
- No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in/consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, and AI processing for drafting messages). These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and are obligated to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared for marketing purposes.
5. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your choices and rights

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
